Amazon tasked us with branding 800 of their delivery vans across the UK to support the release of the Fallout series. The project had to be delivered rapidly across multiple sites, with strict overnight working hours to avoid disruption to the fleet’s daily operation.

To meet Amazon’s high standards and fast turnaround:

  • We deployed our nationwide network of installers, working across multiple UK locations.

  • All installations were completed overnight (9pm–5am) to keep vehicles on the road during the day.

  • A dedicated Project Manager and Installations Planner handled logistics, making sure every detail was mapped out before launch.

  • We partnered with logistics providers to move vehicles or secure alternative sites when depot facilities weren’t suitable.

  • To provide full visibility, we developed a bespoke reporting portal giving Amazon real-time progress updates and detailed next-day reporting.

The results:

  • Circa 800 vans stripped and rewrapped in just 3.5 weeks.
