We’re looking for a driven and proactive, customer‑focused Business Development Executive to join our Lowestoft team. This role offers remote working with occasional travel for client meetings and within commuting distance to our main office in Lowestoft.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working closely with our Business Development Manager and wider Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for engaging new and existing clients, generating opportunities, securing new business, booking meetings and nurturing strong customer relationships through phone, email and multi‑channel outreach. This exciting position offers the chance to collaborate with some of the UK’s biggest brands and play a key role in driving growth within our friendly, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Aura’s opportunity pipeline by identifying, qualifying and activating high‑potential prospects
  • Build clear, targeted prospect lists and identify key decision‑makers
  • Conduct multi‑channel prospecting activity
  • Qualify opportunities and hand over to the sales team
  • Cross‑sell products and services to new and existing customers
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system
  • Produce regular reports on business development activity

The ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong IT, communication and interpersonal skills, and experience engaging multiple stakeholders
  • Proven background in business development or telemarketing
  • Highly motivated, detail‑oriented and results‑driven
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong relationship‑building skills
  • Confident presenting products or services
  • Prior experience in print, graphics or branding is desirable
