Due to expansion in our Fleet Division, we are seeking a confident and commercially focused Account Manager to join our fleet sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Account Manager, you’ll look after a group of clients, making sure their fleet branding needs are met smoothly and professionally. You’ll be the main link between the client and our internal teams, focusing on building strong relationships, growing accounts, and increasing sales. While you won’t manage every part of the project, you’ll keep an eye on progress to make sure everything runs on time and meets expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a contact for assigned accounts, building long-term relationships and trust.
- Understand client needs and translate them into commercially viable branding solutions.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec.
- Monitor account performance, client feedback, and project milestones.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client goals.
- Attend client meetings and site visits to maintain strong engagement.
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients across various sectors.
Target new customers through prospecting activity including cold calling, social media and networking.
- Convert new opportunities using all available sales tools.
- Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
- Achieve planned sales targets and A3 strategies.
- Identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Representing the business at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets with a consultative, customer-first approach.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working within vehicle branding environment.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to grow accounts and close deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and add value.
- Comfortable overseeing project progress without needing to manage every detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic project tracking tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence.
